    • Parties are held on Saturday and Sunday between 2-3 hour time blocks, on a first come first serve basis.

    • Some weekday options are available.

  • Age Group 1: Toddlers (Ages 2-4)

    Package Name: Little Hands

    Duration: 1.5 hours

    Cost: $25 per child

    Capacity: 10 (maximum)

  • Duration: 2 hours

    Cost: $35 per child

    Capacity: 15 (maximum)

  • Duration: 2.5 hours

    Cost: $45 per child

    Capacity: 20 (maximum)

  • We have a speaker that can connect via Bluetooth to almost any device, so please feel free to bring in music you’d like to play during the party.

  • The onsite coffee bar will be open and consist of beverages and pastries at cost.

    There is a catering menu available upon request. All plates, napkins, and cutlery are included.

    **Cakes or cupcakes are permitted however, cooked or raw food is not. All other food must be from a licensed vendor.

  • All cleanup and setup will be completed by Creative Grounds DC staff unless you bring decorations, in which case it is your responsibility to setup and clean up.

  • You are free to decorate. Please note, if you choose to decorate we are not responsible for items left behind and you are responsible for cleanup. We will also provide modest decorations. If you have more questions about this, please send us an email at info@creativegroundsdc.com

  • There is limited parking and most of it is requires a permit or is time sensitive, so carpooling, car and bike share, metro rail and metro bus are the best options.

  • Adults are welcome to accompany their children, however they are not required to do so. Instead we invite you to sit in the cafe during the duration of the party. Please consider capacity constraints based on the age group.

  • The art work is the goody bag, so that’s one less thing to worry about.

  • There will be 1-2 art teachers facilitating the games and activities as well as cake prep and celebration.

  • In consideration of the age of the birthday child, art activities and games will be preselected by the Creative Grounds DC staff. We will confer with the parent/guardian on the child’s interest before deciding on the final art activity. The theme will also be preselected by the Creative Grounds DC staff.

    Themes may include, Musical Murals, Blindfolded Matisse, Paint Relay, Rainbow Splatter, Paintbrush people, Pass the Picture and the art of Puzzling.
